An 8-week Online Group Coaching Program that will transform you —
From jack-of-all-trades to the expert.
From merely surviving to thriving.
From a generic one to the only one.
Although freelancing has tremendous benefits, including the freedom to work whenever and wherever you want, the reality is that freelancing can be much harder than what most aspiring freelancers have ever thought.
I know, for sure, that not knowing where to find your next clients can keep you awake at night.
I know how stressful it is to have clients who don’t pay you on time. But you can’t fire them until you find another client to work with.
I know how frustrating it is to accept freelance gigs at very low rates just to keep up with paying the bills.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to the freelancing world or you’ve been a freelancer for years.
The race to the bottom — in which freelancers with the lowest rates win — is happening.
The struggle is real.
And that’s the reason I created this online group coaching program
exclusive to freelancers.
Hi! I’m Virginia Bautista
Like you, I’m a freelancer. I’ve been a freelance writer and editor for over 11 years.
I started freelancing in February 2008. And I created my LinkedIn profile in Dec. 18, 2008.
But like many of you, I just created my profile, then forgot about it.
So there I was — looking for freelance projects here and there while my LinkedIn profile was collecting dust.
Then came 2014. For the first time, I updated my LinkedIn profile. And I started being active on LinkedIn.
Then one by one, potential clients and freelance opportunities came knocking at my door.
At the time, I realized: I’ve just discovered a gold mine!
Imagine the years I’ve wasted for ignoring LinkedIn — 6 long years!
I had been looking for freelance jobs everywhere and merely wishing for a big break in my career.
Little did I know that everything I was searching for at the time was on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn Has Changed My Life Forever
I was a college professor for 11+ years. In 2008, I started moonlighting as a part-time freelance writer while I was teaching full time. And because I enjoyed earning $$$ doing one of the things that I love doing — writing — while staying home with my kids, I resigned from the university and started working from home in 2010.
It was a huge risk for me at the time, but I’m glad I chose the road less traveled, which led to a lot of opportunities that I never thought possible. I never looked back since then.
The game changer for me was when I was featured twice on Forbes. Everything happened so fast in 2017. From full-time freelancing, I pursued becoming the first independent LinkedIn trainer, speaker and consultant in the Philippines! I will forever be grateful not only to LinkedIn, but to everyone who has been a part of my LinkedIn & personal branding journey. 💙
Stop surviving. Start thriving.

Virginia is a one-woman content and personal branding powerhouse. I was fortune to collaborate with her on two Forbes articles. The two articles have generated over 40k views, to date!
Since then, Virginia has continued to share painfully helpful content for both freelancers and non-freelancers on how to build their personal brand and stand out online. She’s arguably one of the experts in this field in Asia. You should definitely follow her on social, read her articles and collaborate with her, if you’re lucky enough.
When I was looking for help, I just happened to read about Virginia Bautista in Forbes. I connected with her and immediately knew she had the expertise I needed. Virginia is an expert at helping clients be found, optimizing their LinkedIn profiles, and helping them build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn.
She more than exceeded my expectations with her knowledge, recommendations, expertise and pleasantness. She was lightning quick and went above and beyond with the client service she provided which is a rarity.
Just three days after working with her, my profile views increased by 3,050%, my Network SSI rank jumped from Top 48% to Top 13%, and my profile showed up on top of LinkedIn search results for my chosen keywords.
Her recommendations, follow up and follow through of client service was outstanding. If you want or need an excellent outcome of being found, remembered and recognized, then I highly recommend you call Virginia today. You will be glad you did.
If there’s one person who has truly helped me realign my goals when it comes to knowing my passion and what I can do for other people, it’s Virginia.
Her take on personal branding and how to bring it on LinkedIn has truly helped me attract the people I want to work with. She is truly a LinkedIn powerhouse, not to mention that she is so generous with her insights as well.
I came across an article written by Virginia on LinkedIn Personal Branding and was intrigued. I always heard about the power of personal branding and leveraging LinkedIn but never knew how to go about it. I scheduled a consultation and was immediately sold, her knowledge and experience is impressive and I was eager to see what she could do. I was not disappointed, she optimized my LinkedIn Profile and within 2 days I started seeing results.
Virginia is very detailed, she does her research, asks all the right questions, builds your connections and will have you showing up in the top tier of search results. She doesn’t stop there, she provides follow up and guidance to continue building and optimizing your Personal Brand and LinkedIn Profile. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at building their Personal Brand.
I first heard about Virginia thru an article about her expertise on LinkedIn. When I searched for her on LinkedIn, I was surprised to find out that she was already a connection of mine. I messaged her right away to ask if she’s offering a LinkedIn workshop/training. At the time, she was not offering it yet.
So when she finally opened her program, I did not hesitate to take it. I have to admit. It takes a lot of work. You need to be patient and willing because there’s a lot of info to take. But, if you’re an action-taker, there won’t be any problem. Trust me. Your LinkedIn profile will work for you after taking her program. Right now, I get at least 1 job offer per day — something I rarely experienced in the past years of being a LinkedIn member!
As a freelancer, we need someone to guide us in our career path. We need a mentor who will allow us to maximize our skills and help us find our true potential. That’s how I come across with Virginia Bautista. She helped me realize that I am more than what I could offer.
That Skype mentoring session with her is a game changer in my career, especially in using LinkedIn to my advantage. I am now using LinkedIn with the highest regard like the way I value my principles and work ethics. Though I must admit that I don’t have a lot of connections yet. Virginia Bautista’s assistance allowed me to enjoy the benefits of having a LinkedIn profile.
I highly recommend Virginia Bautista as a mentor, a consultant and she’s a great person to work with.
Virginia’s workshop on building your own brand through LinkedIn was very thorough and actionable. While she touched on inspiring success stories, she wasn’t reliant on fluff. She dove into the more technical side of things, too. We learned so many new things from her. Most of all, she was an effective and sincere teacher. She made herself available to her students for Q&A and feedback. I really enjoyed her workshop!
I met Virginia through a common connection in LinkedIn; and eventually saw her in person in one of our LinkedInLocal events in BGC. I heard her talk in that event and I immediately saw how knowledgeable she is with LinkedIn and personal branding. She walks her talk.
On top of her expertise, what I admire with her the most, is her humility and willingness to help others succeed. Any company or person who wants to learn more about LinkedIn and how they can make it work for them, either as a lead generator or for branding efforts, should get in touch with Virginia. I have yet to see someone in the Philippines who knows more about LinkedIn, than she does.
